OUR COMMITMENT TO TIMELY DELIVERY
This policy outlines how we deliver our digital translation services. We are committed to providing your completed translations accurately and within the estimated timelines.
DELIVERY METHOD
All translation services are delivered digitally. Once an order is complete, the translated file(s) will be made available for download in your personal account dashboard under the "My Translations" section. We do not provide physical copies of translations.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES
AI Translation:
• Delivery is typically instantaneous, available within minutes of submission.
Verification Service (AI + Human Review):
• Standard delivery is within 24 hours for documents up to 2,000 words.
• For larger documents, an estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of order.
Editorial Service (Full Human Translation):
• Standard delivery is within 48 hours for documents up to 2,000 words.
• Timelines for larger projects will be agreed upon before the work begins.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on document complexity and translator availability. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
ORDER NOTIFICATIONS
We will keep you informed throughout the process via email and dashboard notifications. You will be notified when:
• Your order is successfully submitted.
• A translator has been assigned to your order (for human-reviewed services).
• Your translation is complete and ready for download.
DELAYS
While we strive to meet all deadlines, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally cause delays. If a significant delay occurs with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and may, at our discretion, offer a partial credit refund to your account as a gesture of goodwill.
